Prof. Dr. Goran Miyoski is Professor at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University "St’s Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje, Head of the Department of Roads.

Earlier, Professor at the Faculty of Natural and Technological Sciences at Gotse Delchev University in Shtip,  the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (2009-2012).

Chief Engineer at Macedonia Road, Skopje for maintenance and management of the road network in t the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (1999 -2009).

Chairman of the Macedonian Association of Road Engineers,  the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.

Member of the Republican Road Safety Council (2000-2002) and participant in the preparation of the First Road Safety Strategy in  the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (2010-2015)

Member of the Executive Board of the Institute for Economic Strategies and International Relations "OHRID"

Member of the Pan-European Union in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
