Michael Weber is the CEO of Kapsch Telematics Technologies Bulgaria. In 2007, Michael Weber joined the Kapsch Group, where he is responsible for sales of road telematics systems and toll-billing systems for the countries of Central and Eastern Europe such as Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan and Bulgaria. Kapsch TrafficCom has built similar systems in over 50 countries around the world. The family company has been based in Vienna, Austria, for 125 years. The Group has 6900 employees and revenues of 1.1 billion euros for the financial year 2016/17.
