Dipl. Eng. Sevdalin Valarnov Chairman of the managing board, BACCRC

Sevdalin Valnarov was born in 1966. He graduated from the High school of mathematics in Ruse and Todor Kableshkov University of Transport, majoring in Transport construction. He is qualified construction engineer.
From 1989 to 1997 Valnarov was an officer in the Ministry of Transport army.
From 1999 to May 2014 Valnarov is owner and manager of Rubicon Engineering Ltd., which deals with independent oversight in design and construction. In May 2014 the company transformed to а Single-member stock company (EAD) аnd he becomes executive director.
Presently serves as Chairman of the managing board of Bulgarian association of consulting companies in railway construction.
